A good experience of work early on in a young person's life can make a huge difference - raising their aspirations, opening up career opportunities and giving a great start to their future working lives.
BHEBS' work-related learning activities often take place before students go out on placements so that they're fully prepared for what lies ahead, making it more likely their experience will be a positive one.
